Job Title: Geotechnical Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Geotechnical Project Administrator to join our Client Deliverables Department (CDD) in the Geotechnical Service Line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining essential departmental documents, managing project and laboratory data, and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental documents and records
  • Manage project and laboratory data, including data entry and document preparation
  • Ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks, including project correspondence and meeting organization
  • Collaborate with on-site and remote teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in the engineering sector
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in commercial and proprietary software
