Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer/Assessor to join our successful fleet team. This role will be based at Selhurst but will require travel across the GTR network.

  • Delivering Technical Training
    • Deliver high-quality technical training to various engineering grades.
  • Building New Staff Skills
    • Develop and maintain new staff skills and knowledge within traction and rolling stock, leading to a reduction in repeat failures and safety incidents.
  • Creating Training Resources
    • Design and create in-depth but usable training documents to support and consolidate learning.
    • Develop presentations, reports, and analysis using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Access.
  • Recording Training
    • Record completed training and competence assessments.
