Job Summary:

This Electronics Technician I role is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global engineering company specializing in the design and manufacture of special purpose machinery. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the assembly and test of transducers, ensuring they meet the required performance and quality levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test transducers to meet performance and quality standards.
  • Aid in the improvement of processes for assembly and test of further products as directed by the Team leader.
  • Correctly assemble and test associated test load strings and test fixtures and jigs.
  • Diagnose faults in units under test.
  • Work from engineering drawings.
  • Inspect and pack customer orders in accordance with current procedures.

Requirements:

  • Electro-mechanical or electronic wiring background.
  • Experience with electro-mechanical and/or electronic assemblies.
  • Strong soldering skills.
