Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine finance, legal, and coordination duties in a dynamic environment. As a Finance Administrator/Co-ordinator, you will play a key part in supporting the Senior Management team by tracking and managing Work-In-Progress (WIP) billing and payments, reducing debtor days, and lock-up.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent numerical accuracy, and a people-person with strong communication skills. You will be able to liaise at all levels, build excellent relationships, and use initiative to provide suggestions and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with national Heads of Department, Lawyers, and Team leaders across the firm
  • Liaise with the central Finance function
  • Track, assess, and discuss WIP with lawyers and the finance team
  • Discuss lock-up and financial exposure control
  • Coordinate financial management to maximize efficient cash flow
  • Support Partners in the Dispute resolution Team to organize events and conferences

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Administrator/Co-ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a new role and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a hybrid working arrangement, 35 hours per week, and be comfortable communicating with debtors directly when needed.
