Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools and colleges to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Source, interview, and place high-quality teaching staff into schools and colleges, ensuring compliance with Vida Education's standards.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands and achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
- Minimum 12 months recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A highly competitive salary and uncapped commission structure.
- Quarterly bonuses and 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with reduced working hours during school holidays.
