Commercial Property Management Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at the Hexagon Group. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a mixed-use property portfolio, carrying out regular site visits and managing service charge budgets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage the production and maintenance of service charge budgets, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.">
  • Oversee all health and safety matters, completing risk assessments and ensuring compliance.">
  • Act as a key point of contact for tenants and clients, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.">
  • Manage onsite service partners, both hard and soft services.">
  • Oversee project work throughout the portfolio, liaising with occupiers to ensure that they are not affected.">
  • Create innovative ways to engage with tenants, including monthly events and workshops.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of health and safety and compliance, ideally holding a recognised qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.

They will also have a background in commercial property management and experience of managing a mixed-use property portfolio.

">

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to the travel required within this role.

">

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus company benefits.

Location: Woking.
