The Essentials

  • £100 of holiday vouchers each year
  • Location: Newmarket (on-site working)
  • Job Type: Permanent - Full Time (Monday - Friday)
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
  • 22 days annual leave (+ 8 bank holiday + 1 extra day company gesture)

The Day-to-Day

The Policy Administration Department is a vital part of the organization, requiring a high level of standard. As a Senior Policy Administrator, you will support the Policy Manager in the day-to-day running of the department and assist the wider team in executing their duties.

  • Oversee the implementation of various projects.
  • Handle the surrender of Bonds, both on the death of the last life assured and at the request of the Bondholder.
  • Assist new investors with bookings.
  • Address queries on the Policy Administration Charge.
  • Oversee the conducting of Zoom Conferences.
  • Handle a range of other queries, both in writing and over the telephone.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar professional environment in a leadership position and ideally have a background in finance. As this department is particularly busy, the team is looking for an open-minded, hardworking, and adaptable office professional with a keen eye for detail to assist with driving the implementation of various projects.

  • Enthusiastic, team player for a busy office environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competency in IT.
  • A background in management and in Finance would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite.
