Job Description:

This Sales / Account Management Executive (Apprentice) role is perfect for those looking to start a career in sales. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accurately update and maintain customer records using Freshdesk.
  2. Create commercial quotations and proposals in Sage X3.
  3. Utilise Zoho CRM for opportunity management by tracking open customer quotations and proposals.
  4. Keep sales progress updates accurate and up-to-date in Sage X3.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and partners.
  6. Attend internal and external meetings as the minute taker.
  7. Update and maintain customer spreadsheets accurately.
  8. Provide timely sales results to the sales team.

About You:
  • Be an ideal candidate if you have at least two A Levels (or equivalent) and a minimum of five GCSEs passes at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English Language.
