Retail Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Charity Shop Volunteer in Manchester. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, gain valuable experience, and make a real difference in your local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet donors, receive donations, sign donors up to Gift Aid, sort and price stock, greet and help customers, serve customers on the till (training provided), maintain shop displays, and perform light cleaning duties.
  • Work closely with our retail team to ensure excellent customer service and effective stock management.
