About the Role:

The Integration Support Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful integration of acquired practices and colleagues into our organization. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating integration activities, leading and collaborating across multiple functions, and ensuring a seamless transition of practices and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integration strategies to ensure a smooth transition of practices and colleagues.
  • Work closely with functions across the organization to gain insight and contribute to the integration process.
  • Create and deliver communication plans to stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Develop and deliver reporting suites to stakeholders, including senior management teams, on the progress and successes of integrations.
  • Support and drive change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition of colleagues and adoption of new business processes.
  • Ensure consistency of business processes and policies across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in start-up, growth businesses, and comfortable working under ambiguity.
  • Ideal experience within veterinary or similar industry.
  • Experience of leading and communicating with individuals/teams that are not direct reports through times of change.
  • Excellent people skills, working with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • A collaborative individual who can influence teams to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent planning and execution of multiple projects at any one time.
  • Change management experience, understanding the tools and processes to support others.
  • Commercial thinker with experience in integration processes.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing to a maximum of 30 days, plus bank holidays.
