Role Summary

Assess individuals to determine their eligibility for benefits, utilizing your clinical expertise and judgment to ensure accurate and comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to gather information about an individual's disability or health condition
  • Produce Personal Independent Payment (PIP) reports to support benefit claims
  • Maintain accurate records and update case files as necessary

Requirements

  • Valid HCPC registration number
  • At least 1 year of post-registration experience within or outside of the NHS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computer software to produce reports
