Are you a skilled mechanical engineer looking for a challenging role in field service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our team at a well-established engineering company. The company provides products and services for the packaging industry throughout the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site mechanical support, including repair and installation of new machines, relocation of existing equipment, customer training, and preventative maintenance.
  • Order parts necessary to perform installations and repairs, troubleshoot problems, and proactively recommend service and maintenance programs.
  • Work independently and under pressure, with a strong background in mechanical engineering principles.
Qualifications & Experience
  • HNC, HND, or degree level in a relevant engineering discipline or successful completion of an engineering apprenticeship.
  • Understanding of mechanical drawings and systems.
  • Full UK driving license.
