Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Supply Chain Continuous Improvement team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of improvement activities from concept to deployment.
  • Lead workshops to identify and progress improvement activities.
  • Act as a business partner and mentor to submarine programmes to embed and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyse processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with supply chain SME and point of contact on group-led improvement activities.

Requirements

Location

The role is based in Barrow-in-Furness, and you will be expected to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small change team sitting within the Supply Chain central function.
