About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk and Switchboard Operator to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and helpful service to customers and clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage and direct incoming calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer queries.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and updating telephone records as necessary.
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve service centre queries and provide support as needed.
  • Arrange taxi bookings and maintain the out-of-hours car parking intercom system.
  • Dispatch jobs departmentally to relevant services from incoming calls to the helpdesk service centre.
Requirements
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
  • 2 current proofs of address and national insurance.
  • Happy to undergo relevant training.
