About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our care assistants, ensuring they receive the highest standard of training and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide coaching and guidance to new care assistants, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care to our customers. You will also be responsible for supporting the office team with recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews.

In addition to your coaching and support role, you will be required to work 20 hours as a Field Care Supervisor and 20 hours in care. This will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and develop your skills in a variety of settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for care assistants
  • Provide coaching and guidance to new care assistants
  • Support the office team with recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews
  • Conduct regular spot checks and supervisions with care assistants
  • Meet with customers to review care plans and ensure their needs are being met
