Job Description
A Support Worker plays a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity. The role involves providing quality personal care, household tasks, and identifying opportunities for integration and inclusion.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Excellent communication skills to promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Basic knowledge of health and social care principles and practices.
