We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Second Chef to join our team at Alfa Travel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in the planning and preparation of menus, including ordering and inventory management.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, taking charge of the kitchen and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:
