Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and skilled Emotional and Behavioral Mentor for a full-time position at an SEMH school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with emotional and behavioral difficulties to manage their behavior and emotions effectively
  • Provide one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions to help students develop social and emotional skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create individualized plans for students
  • Monitor and track student progress and communicate with parents and caregivers
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with children and young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties
  • Knowledge of SEMH and strategies for managing challenging behavior
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
