We're currently recruiting for a Care and Support Assistant to join our team at our CQC Registered scheme in Ipswich.

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering a high level of personalised care and support to our customers, encouraging them to live as independently as possible and promoting active support for all.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering a high level of personalised care and support
* Supporting customers with washing, dressing, bathing, and hygiene
* Administering medication
* Assisting customers with shopping, cleaning, and laundry tasks
* Helping customers to arrange and attend appointments
* Promoting a positive culture by engaging with customers to prevent social isolation
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
* Promoting safe practices and undertaking risk assessments

We're looking for someone with a personalised approach to care, ideally with experience working with physical/learning disabilities or high needs. You'll need to be enthusiastic and flexible, with a strong 'can-do' attitude, and have strong organisational skills, as well as functional literacy and numeracy.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, at least 25 days paid holiday, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service, a pension scheme with employer contributions, and a wide range of learning and development opportunities.
