About the Role:

We are looking for a Medicines Optimisation Specialist to join our team in Cornwall. The successful candidate will have experience of working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the pharmacy team to deliver clinical pharmacy and safe systems of working with medicines across community hospital sites
  • Support the development of medicines optimisation strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
