Join FIND | Creating Futures, a specialist staffing business, and take on a challenging role as a Placement Coordinator. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our clients in the Higher Education space.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with employers and industry sectors.
  • Establish and maintain accurate work placement and student records.
  • Design and deliver online resources to support students on work placement opportunities.
  • Conduct one-to-one meetings with students to prepare them for placements.
  • Deliver pre-placement preparation workshops to students.
  • Support the development of internal employability frameworks.
  • Provide advice on CV development and interview preparation.
  • Lead on the development of internal placement opportunities.
