English Teacher Position in North Birmingham

GSL Education is seeking an experienced English Teacher to join a secondary school in the North of Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and engaging educator who is committed to the success of every pupil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English lessons to both KS3 and KS4 students, using a range of strategies to engage and develop areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and implement the curriculum for students, with the goal of helping students develop confidence and proficiency in the subject.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the school as a team player.

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or other UK recognised teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to raising and maintaining attainment levels.
  • Be adaptable, creative, and resourceful in your approach to teaching.
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies.
