About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at SUEZ. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient deployment of staff and resources at our Bebside HWRC site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site personnel and operations, monitoring quality and implementing process improvements
  • Collate working hours of staff for payroll on a monthly basis and maintain budgetary control over operations
  • Order equipment and resources for the site

Requirements

  • COTC Level 4 in Hazardous Transfer and Treatment is essential
  • IOSH/NEBOSH or a similar Health and Safety Qualification is preferable or the ability to achieve this within 12 months
  • Knowledge of the waste and recycling industry is preferred
