Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales Coventry

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
- Partner with customers to understand their plans for growth, offering practical solutions and products to support their business.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and proposals, ensuring you're always offering the best local solutions.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a successful handover.
- Represent Sysco Careers as a brand ambassador in your local market.
You'll be highly service-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, providing the best solutions to support and enhance their business. If you're passionate about sales and have a talent for building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
