Plastering Opportunity: Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality results? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talented Tradesperson in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools and machines.
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them.
- Mix plastering materials to the desired consistency.
- Repair and patch existing plaster as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Assist with general construction tasks as required.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience as a plasterer or similar role, knowledge of plastering techniques and materials, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, as well as experience with decorative plastering techniques. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per year, company van and fuel expenses, access to training and qualifications, holiday allowance, and pension.
