**Job Summary**

CRP Group Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for interpreting designs, monitoring machinery, and assessing welded components.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and ensure accurate production.
  • Weld small and large components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
  • Operate and maintain specialized machinery for industrial welding, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions, adhering to specifications and instructions.
  • Repair and maintain machinery to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production.

**What We Offer:**

  • A 4-day working week with 38 hours per week.
  • Time and a half for overtime.
