What You Will Do

As a Railway Systems Engineer at Stadler Rail AG, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities for our fleet of trains. This includes identifying potential issues, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing technical support for the development and implementation of improved systems and ways of working across the business.
  • Leading and representing the function/project in relation to best practices.
  • Maintaining correct paperwork wherever required, particularly in the case of warranty claims and Post Incident Testing.
  • Initiating and implementing actions to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformances, rail safety, HSQ&E/QHSE incidents, process deficiencies, or system deficiencies.
