About the Role


We are seeking an exceptional Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success by providing strategic direction, guidance, and people management to the entire team.



Job Responsibilities



  1. To act as part of the management team in store, providing direction, guidance, and associated people management to the whole team in store.
  2. To take responsibility for overall P&L performance and associated KPIs used to measure store success.
  3. To ensure effective customer relationships and the development of the customer database.
  4. To manage employee availability through effective recruitment processes and provide second-line support for grievances and disciplinaries.
  5. To oversee the effective management of employees, including monitoring appraisals and talent management processes.
  6. To participate in regional or company-specific projects that benefit the organization.
  7. To operate mechanical equipment in store, including fork-lift trucks.
