Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Technician to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our QHSE department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents and near misses
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a health and safety role
- Strong knowledge of QHSE principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
