About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based infrastructure and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure cloud-based infrastructure and software solutions.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows to improve delivery and content onboarding.
  • Monitor and research ever-changing cloud technologies to improve working practices.
  • Liaise with technical support colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate with customers in person, via email/telephone, and in conference.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of working with cloud technologies, such as Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Function Apps.
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting proprietary software.
  • Windows PowerShell scripting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive customer deployments to a high degree of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Experience with SQL query language.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, and CSS.
  • Understanding of XML and XSL Translation.
  • Thorough understanding of networking standards and protocols.
  • Experience of working with the latest Windows Server OS.
