About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing team to provide personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs.

You will receive comprehensive training and clinical support to develop your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. Our goal is to empower our clients to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
  2. Monitor client well-being and report any concerns to the nursing team
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Our company offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including paid annual leave, maternity/paternity leave, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
