Query Analyst Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Query Analyst to join our team in Dudley. As a Query Analyst, you will be responsible for administering disputes, validating data, and establishing and resolving root cause in accordance with the Dispute Management Process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive a high-quality service
  • Adhere to SLAs for invoice disputes and queries and emails
  • Raise credit notes and PO Management
  • Control and monitor daily query levels
  • General customer administration
  • Look into and help resolve customer complaints
  • Any ad hoc admin queries that arise

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Credit support experience would be desirable
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience working with a credit management system would be advantageous
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Be able to maintain a high level of accuracy while working to strict timelines
  • Show passion and have a “can do” attitude
