Job Title: On-site Lighting Technician

We are seeking a skilled Lighting Technician to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a Lighting Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, and operation of lighting systems for live events.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lighting design and implementation, with proficiency in one of the following platforms: GrandMA, Avolites, or Chamsys. A background in the events industry and a full driving license are also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of bespoke lighting systems
  • Programming and operating lighting systems
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of kit
  • Supervising sub-contractors onsite
  • Liaising with clients and venues
  • Liaising with Project Managers
  • Supporting the warehouse and operations teams
  • Advising on recommendations for new equipment
