Job Title: Culinary Mastermind

The Head Chef is the driving force behind our kitchen, responsible for crafting a menu that delivers an unparalleled dining experience to our residents. You will be instrumental in developing and refining our food offering across all areas of our community, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, seasonality, and cost-effectiveness.

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee a team of Sous Chefs, Chefs de Partie, and Commis Chefs, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop professionally. Your expertise in managing a busy kitchen will be invaluable in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.

We are seeking a confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine. A NVQ Level 3 in Catering Services and supervisory experience are essential, as well as a working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH. A full, clean driving licence is also desirable.
