This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international company in the medical device sector. As a Trainee Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various medical devices and equipment.

The role is based at our Head Office near Maidenhead, where you will carry out planned and preventative maintenance of medical devices and technology. You will also work on repairs of more complex issues and breakdowns, as well as carrying out upgrades and overhauls on kit.

You will be trained on vital medical equipment and work with a great team of experienced on-site and field-based service engineers. The devices are used in both NHS and Private Healthcare sites, and you may occasionally travel with a colleague to attend localised sites.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on electronics experience and knowledge of working in an electronics lab or workshop environment. Good IT experience is also essential, including basic software upgrades and tasks. A strong understanding of IT networking is a benefit but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary up to £33,000, plus a great pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and other staff benefits. This role is ideal for post-apprenticeship or post-graduate long-term career positions, offering opportunities to specialise in medical device and technology.
