Administrative Assistant - Fleet Insurance

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Telford. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Account Executives and other teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, handling a variety of enquiries and requests.
  • Assist in credit control, liaising with clients for overdue debts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the preparation of midterm and pre-renewal reviews, as well as the administration of insurance policies.
  • Assist in the remarketing of risks and securing quotations from available insurer markets.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Professional telephone manner and experience in communicating with customers.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly motor fleet based insurances, is desirable.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workloads efficiently.
  • Strong customer-centric work ethic and ability to take ownership of tasks.
