Join EDDC as a Director of Operations and take on a key leadership role in driving the operational success of our organization. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our operational teams, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to deliver excellent results.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor and improve operational performance, ensuring that we meet our targets and deliver value for money.
- Business Planning: Work with our senior leadership team to develop and implement business plans that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring that we are well-positioned to respond to changing market conditions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including our customers, partners, and suppliers, to ensure that we understand their needs and can deliver services that meet their expectations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our organization operates within the bounds of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and that we have effective risk management systems in place to mitigate potential risks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with experience in operational management, business planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and profitability.
