About the Role

The Transportation Standards Professional will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of top-tier rail operations and standards for KNGD rail staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Review and update crucial rail safety documents.
  • Rail Safety System Management: Ensure the Rail Safety System is fit for purpose and maintain key documents.
  • Training Excellence: Deliver comprehensive rail-related training to all KNGD rail staff and update rail training policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., transportation, logistics, or a related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in rail operations or a related field.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and shunter certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This role requires a strong understanding of Health and Safety, Quality and Safety Management systems, and Legal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
