Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of New Business Files
  • Submit New Business files and data input of recommendations made/client details on the back-office system
  • Involved in post-sale communication, contacting providers for updates
  • Help manage the review process, including booking in client reviews, completion of portfolio review reports, and actioning the outcome of reviews and audits
Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience, currently or recently working in an IFA practice in a similar role
  • PA experience may be advantageous, e.g., organizing travel, taking calls, and managing emails of a Director
  • Extremely organized and efficient individual with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize workload
  • Experienced in meeting with clients face-to-face
