About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations on a variety of construction sites, starting with a project in Bridgwater. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in site management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain quality standards on-site.
  • Oversee construction activities to ensure they align with approved designs and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, manage changes to the schedule, and address any issues by raising Technical Queries and Early Warnings.
  • Participate in design meetings and client meetings, including progress and commercial reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to update cost forecasts and manage Compensation Events.
  • Ensure timely ordering of materials and assist Quantity Surveyors in managing sub-contractor packages.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough site records and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar site management role.

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management is desirable.

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
