Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our marketing team to identify key players and source new sales opportunities.
  • Make outbound cold calls and emails to support the sales team with customer mapping activities.
  • Rout qualified leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects and update the CRM accordingly.
  • Interact with customers after sales concerning lead times for customer and any after sale services required.

Requirements:

  • Proven success within a telesales environment and experience of making dozens of dials per day.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal skills at all levels.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
