Job Title: Commercial Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Chelmsford

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration units, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration units
  • Fault finding of bespoke control systems
  • Completing all work assigned daily, ensuring adherence to company and manufacturer standards and agreed time constraints
  • Record equipment history on engineering computer system and complete quality system documentation
  • Door to door role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be FGAS qualified and have experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration units. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
