About the Role

Gilmartins, a family-owned business, is seeking a qualified and experienced Plasterer Multi Trade to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

The ideal candidate will have worked in social housing and possess additional skills including mould wash, decorations, and tiling. You will be required to work and travel in High Wycombe and surrounding areas, including Princes Risborough and Marlow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing, working to the Scope of Works on PDA for each job.
Requirements
  • Qualified to Level 2 or 3 in Plastering and able to provide certificate(s)
  • CSCS Skilled Worker card
  • Full UK driving license – not EU licence
  • Own tools
  • Experience of working in social housing
  • DBS certificate
