As a Waiter at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will be a vital part of our guests' dining experience. We are looking for someone who can handle multiple tables with grace and efficiency, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with guests to ensure they have an exceptional dining experience
  • Taking orders and making informed recommendations
  • Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Addressing and fulfilling guests' requests promptly and professionally

What you Need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-standard establishment
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for food and beverages
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team and support your colleagues
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
