We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laser Specialist to join our team at The Laser Club. As a Laser Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional laser treatments to our clients, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and tattoo removal.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality laser treatments to clients, ensuring excellent results and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Perform patch tests and other necessary procedures to ensure client safety.
- Upsell and cross-sell laser packages and other treatments to clients.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Valid NVQ Level 3+ in beauty and a background in laser/skin/beauty.
- Minimum of two/three years' experience in a clinic setting, with a focus on laser and skin treatments.
- Advanced skills in laser hair removal, microneedling, HydraFacial, peels, and other relevant treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £17.00 per hour.
- Bonus and commission structure, with uncapped earning potential.
