About the Job

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of physical and emotional stamina. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our service users.
  • Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our service users at all times.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 6 months' experience working in the healthcare sector.
  • Registration with NISCC or willingness to register.
  • Enhanced Access NI check.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including weekly pay, holiday pay, and a recommend a friend scheme.
