About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Trinity Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Accompany clients on shopping trips and appointments, providing transportation and support as needed.
  • Manage medication and other daily tasks, ensuring clients receive the care and support they require.
