Overview

MP Training and Recruitment is seeking a part-time Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Ofsted 'Outstanding' rated nursery in Didsbury, Manchester.

Job Description

This role involves:

  • Plan engagement activities tailored to each child, encouraging development towards key milestones
  • Develop partnerships with parents and carers
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
  • Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection and wider legislative requirements for working with children
