**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our finance team at Edwards & Pearce Limited in Hull. As a FP&A analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial support to strategic planning, cost reduction activities, and capital projects.

You will work closely with the business to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, first-class interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
