About the Role:

The Ullswater Inn is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our public areas and guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain public areas and guest rooms to our high standards
  • Deputise the Housekeeping team and manage stock levels
  • Train and develop the Housekeeping team
  • Report to the General Manager on housekeeping updates
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to create memorable visits for our guests

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and react to guest requests
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
